A Dream Born from a Mother's Heart
Rize N Shine – The International Preschool was founded in 2014 by Diptisikha Gantayat, a passionate early childhood educator and mother who believed that the first five years of a child's life are the most critical for lifelong learning.
What began as a small, home-based playgroup in Kallikuppam, Chennai, quickly grew into a full-fledged international preschool as word spread about the school's unique blend of Montessori principles, play-based pedagogy, and genuine care for every child.
Today, Rize N Shine operates three campuses in Chennai, has nurtured over 500 children, and continues to set the benchmark for early childhood education in the region.

Diptisikha Gantayat is a visionary educator whose passion for early childhood development has shaped the lives of hundreds of children across Chennai. With a Master's in Education and Montessori certification from a globally recognised institution, she brings both academic rigour and heartfelt warmth to everything she does.
Her philosophy is simple: every child is born with an innate desire to learn. The role of an educator is not to fill a vessel, but to light a fire. This belief is woven into every aspect of Rize N Shine — from the classroom design to the curriculum to the way teachers speak to children.
